Terms of Service

Effective: 1 November 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms are a contract between you, the merchant who installs or uses one of our Shopify apps, and TupleCraft AS (org. no. 937 851 588), Oslo, Norway ("TupleCraft", "we", "us"). They cover Lagra and our other Shopify apps (the "Apps"). By installing or using an App you accept them. If you accept for a business, you confirm you may bind it.

2. Business use only

The Apps are for business use. By using them you confirm that you act for a business or as a self-employed professional, not as a consumer.

3. Licence

While an App is installed and your plan is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business. The Apps, their code, designs and names remain ours. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute them. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

4. Plans and billing

  • Shopify bills our charges on your Shopify invoice, and Shopify's terms apply to payment.
  • If a plan has a free trial, charges start when it ends unless you cancel first.
  • You can change or cancel your plan in Shopify admin, or cancel by uninstalling the App.
  • We will tell you about price changes in the App at least 30 days before they apply.

5. No refunds

Charges are not refundable, including for partly used billing periods, except where Shopify's policies or the law require a refund.

6. Lagra's forecasts and stock changes

  • Lagra's recommendations are estimates based on past sales and the settings you enter. They can be wrong: demand changes, and data from Shopify can be late or incomplete.
  • You decide what to order. Check quantities before you send a purchase order. Decisions you make based on the App are your own.
  • Lagra changes your inventory in Shopify only when you confirm a delivery, and only by the quantities you confirm. Check them; you can adjust stock in Shopify at any time.

7. Your data

Your store's data remains yours. You allow us to process it to provide the Apps, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Apps are not a backup; keep your own records.

8. Data processing

For personal data we process for you (see section 2 of the Privacy Policy), we act as your processor under Article 28 of the GDPR, and:

  1. we process it only on your instructions, which are these Terms, the App's settings and what you do in the App, unless the law requires otherwise, in which case we tell you first unless the law forbids it;
  2. everyone at TupleCraft with access to it is bound by confidentiality;
  3. we protect it with the measures in section 9 of the Privacy Policy;
  4. you authorise the providers listed in section 6 of the Privacy Policy. We bind each to the same data protection obligations in writing, and list a new provider at least 30 days before it starts; if you object, you may uninstall the App;
  5. we help you, as far as we reasonably can, to answer requests from the people the data is about and to meet your duties on security, breach notification and impact assessments;
  6. we tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data;
  7. when you uninstall, we delete the data as described in section 8 of the Privacy Policy, unless the law requires us to keep it;
  8. we give you the information you need to show that this section is followed, and allow an audit on reasonable notice, at your cost and at most once a year.

9. Availability and support

  • The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to your particular needs.
  • The Apps depend on Shopify and on our hosting providers, whose outages are beyond our control.
  • Support is by email at support@tuplecraft.com, on a best-effort basis.
  • We may change or remove features. If we close an App, we will tell you in the App at least 30 days before.

10. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, sales or goodwill, overstock, stockouts, supplier costs, or lost data.
  • Our total liability for all claims about an App is limited to the amount you paid for that App in the 6 months before the event that caused the claim.
  • These limits do not apply to loss caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

11. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the Apps and for your store following the law, including having a lawful basis for the data the Apps process for you. If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these Terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs.

12. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop at any time by uninstalling the App.
  • We may suspend or end your access at once if you break these Terms, or if the law or Shopify requires it. Otherwise we will give you 30 days' notice.
  • When access ends, your licence ends, and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We will post changes here and update the date above. We will tell you about significant changes in the App at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using the App after that, you accept the new Terms.

14. Shopify

Shopify is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Apps.

15. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. We will first try to settle any dispute by email. If that fails, Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) is the agreed venue.
